When you do the knowledge quizzes, it's could be be obvious that you have got it correct or not. Yes, there is a little cross or tick, but as this also appears on the other options, it's not very clear. Maybe your selected option goes a different colour? (green = correct; red = wrong)

This change has been rolled out across all of our tutorials now!
We've figured out a way to customize the visual feedback on these questions and have started to roll out this change. It's already available in our tutorial An Introduction to Verbal Behavior and will be available for the rest of our tutorials in the coming weeks!
I agree! Unfortunately, the authoring tool we use to generate our tutorial lessons gives us very limited options for customizing the styling of the feedback. We'll keep bugging them about this and look into workarounds to improve it, though. Thanks for the suggestion!
